Positive: We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Steiner — quite possibly the best ski hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The service was exceptional throughout; the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel layout works perfectly, and the location is ideal for skiing. Everything felt easy and well thought out. We enjoyed wonderful food, fantastic skiing, and the spa was a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. Overall, it was just a brilliant holiday. We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily return.

Summary: Simply fantastic – the perfect ski hotel experience from start to finish.

Positive: Great food, special attention to gluten free diet with loads of variety every day, made my day everyday! The staff was super helpful, nice bed, grear location

Negative: The adult spa area is gorgeaus, but very small. It was impossible to have a bed, or to relax. Literally only a few beds are there, which goes off quickly. Many guests were dissapointed as ourselves, because we did not get the chance to enjoy it.
